We want to hear your story, understand your situation, and answer any questions and concerns you may have. We’ll ask about preferred location, level of care, add-on care, medical assessments, insurance and finance. Once we get to know you a little better, we’ll start the process of analyzing the details that tell us what placement would be the best for you and your family.

We will identified the best choices that meet your requirements and we will schedule an appointment for a tour of the facility. We will follow up with you after the tour, and help with any guidance and recommendations, and we will continue to help you once you have selected a facility.

We do not charge families who need our assistance. We have visited all the care community we recommend, and maintain relationships with the staff, and knowledge of their services. Our fees are 100 percent covered by the care communities we work with.

We understand that everyone’s needs and wants are different. Our goal is to help you and your family find the best living situation that meets everything you require for your health and happiness, and that also works with your financial situation.

We know the difference between good residences and bad ones. We wouldn’t introduce our own families to the bad ones, and we won’t introduce yours either.
